Water, Fire and Storm Damage Restoration in Cape Coral, Florida
Putting a damaged property back is a construction job with a paperwork job attached. We do both, and we document the damage the way an adjuster needs to see it.

After the water, the fire or the storm
Damage to a home is rarely only what you can see. Water travels, smoke gets into materials that look untouched, and a storm can open a building in more than one place at once. The repair has to deal with what actually happened rather than what shows in a photograph, which is why we start by looking properly and writing down what we find.
We are a licensed Florida contractor working in Cape Coral and across Southwest Florida. Our license numbers are CCC 1335152 and CRC 1334301, and they are on every page of this site so you can check them before you call.
What we do
The damage we take on
-
Water damage
Burst supply lines, roof leaks, and water that has moved through a building. Drying and moisture control come before finishes go back.
-
Fire and smoke damage
Structural repair, and the materials that hold smoke long after the fire is out.
-
Storm damage
Wind, wind-driven rain and impact damage, including the roof that let it in.
-
Documenting the loss
Photographs, measurements and a written scope, prepared while the evidence is still there to record.

Questions people ask after a loss
If your question is not here, call us and ask. We would rather explain it once properly.
What kinds of damage do you repair?
Water, fire and storm damage to homes and rental property. That covers structural repair, roofing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim and the finish work that puts a room back to how it should be. Call us and describe what happened and we will tell you plainly whether it is work we take on.
What should I do first when water gets in?
Stop the water if you can do it safely, and protect yourself before you protect the building. Then photograph everything before anything is moved or thrown away. Those photographs are the record of what the damage looked like at its worst, and once cleanup starts they cannot be taken again. If water is anywhere near ceiling lights or an electrical panel, stay out of the room and call an electrician or the utility before you go back in.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work as your contractor, not as your adjuster or your public adjuster. What that means in practice is that we inspect and document the damage, take photographs and measurements, and prepare a detailed scope and estimate for the repair. More than 14 years of insurance adjusting experience sits behind how that documentation is put together. The claim itself stays between you and your carrier.
How quickly can you get out here?
Call 239-414-9100 and we will tell you honestly when we can be there rather than promising a time we cannot keep. Outside business hours the phone takes a message and we return it the next business day, so if water is actively running or the property is not safe, deal with that first and call us after.
Does the roof get repaired as part of this?
Usually, yes, and it is often where the water came from. We hold the Florida roofing license as well as the residential contracting license, so the roof and the interior repair are the same project with the same contractor accountable for both, rather than two trades pointing at each other.
Can you work on a rental or a property I do not live in?
Yes. Rental property, second homes and units are a regular part of this work. We can coordinate access and keep an owner who is not local informed with photographs as the repair progresses.
What does the repair cost?
It depends on how far the damage traveled and what has to come out before anything goes back. We look at the property, write a scope, and give you a figure based on that scope rather than a guess made at the curb. Where a claim is involved, the documentation we prepare is written to support the repair being priced properly.
Do you work in my area?
We serve Cape Coral and communities throughout Southwest Florida. If you are not sure whether your property is within our service area, call 239-414-9100 and we will be happy to let you know.
